Terms and Conditions:

Scope of Service: This voucher entitles the bearer to one (1) 6-day "Soak Encounter" at our flagship location in Palawan, Philippines.

Redemption: Reservations are mandatory and subject to the availability of scheduled dates. We recommend booking at least 90 days in advance.

Validity: This invitation is valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers hold no cash value.

Transferability: This voucher is fully transferable to another guest. The original purchaser must provide written notice via email, including the original Proof of Payment and Confirmation Number.

Global Portability: In the event of future SOAK locations, this voucher may be applied as credit toward other global experiences. The credit value is equal to the original purchase price. Any difference in regional pricing or upgraded amenities will be billed as an additional balance.

Non-Refundable: This purchase is strictly non-refundable.

Operational Variance & Venue Selection: > SOAK reserves the right to modify or adjust specific venues, accommodation sites, or localized itineraries within the designated region (e.g., Palawan) to ensure the highest standards of safety, logistical efficiency, and experience quality. While the core "Encounter" curriculum remains fixed, the physical environment may vary based on operational necessity. In the event of a primary venue change, confirmed guests will be provided with advance notice. Such adjustments do not entitle the bearer to a refund or discount, as the spiritual and restorative value of the Encounter remains the primary service provided.

Global Portability & Location Credits: > This voucher is issued for the current Palawan, Philippines flagship experience. At the bearer's request, the original purchase value may be applied as a credit toward any other global SOAK Encounter location. Please note that regional pricing varies; any balance between the original voucher value and the new location’s rate must be settled at the time of redemption.
